Changes to ownership of http://ukdata.com

On the 06 April 2011 the ownership of this website, http://ukdata.com changed.

A demerger of the company 'UK Data Ltd' took place. Under this agreement a new company 'EU & UK Data Ltd' was created and became the 100% owner of website http://ukdata.com and ALL assets including but not limited to the client relationships, content, domain names, and IP.

As a result of this, the ownership of your account transferred to 'EU & UK Data Ltd' on  06 April 2011. The sale involves the assignment of all UK Data Ltd's rights as the owner to 'EU & UK Data Ltd', who have agreed to perform the obligations of 'UK Data Ltd' under the terms and conditions of your existing agreement. 'EU & UK Data Ltd' will manage your account through their online operation, ukdata.com

From  29 April 2011, references to 'we', 'us', 'our' and 'ukdata.com' in your terms & conditions became references to 'EU & UK Data Ltd' and references to 'UKD' will mean 'EU & UK Data Ltd' and each ukdata.com affiliate including but not limited to 192.ukdata.com

All client relationships where you purchase reports by credit card or invoice are transferred as part of the agreement and there is no change to the terms of any contractual relationship. There are no changes to the terms and condition of use of the website at this time and your statutory rights as a client remain unaffected. Any contracts, agreements and relationships with 'UK Data Ltd', referring exclusively to suppliers and publishing partners, require you to complete and sign the 'Contract Novation' document which you or your legal representatives would have received.
