Accounts filing requirements and legal obligations

According to the law all companies have to keep a record of accounts that has to be checked by Statutory Auditor, who issues the final account report for company. A copy of such a report goes to the Tax Authority and another copy is delivered to Ministry of trade in order to renew the working permit for the company.

The companies are always asked to deliver the balance sheet and the Final Account Report. Legally there are no exemptions.
