How can I reduce the number of alerts sent to me?
You can add and remove companies that you want to monitor, or change your settings to alert you for only specific filings. The Monitor Alert options available are:

Credit Report Changes
This includes change in risk score and credit limit. -
Accounts
This includes company accounts, interim accounts and other accounts related document filings. -
Annual Return
This includes the filing of the Annual Return, Shareholders and Director filings. -
Charges
All information or filings related to mortgages or charges -
Liquidation / Receivership
All notifications of liquidation and receivership filings

Stop all emails and monitoring
To stop receiving emails altogether, simply remove all of the companies from your Monitor List. You will still be able to access the reports that you have purchased. All your orders are stored in the My Reports area.
Delete my account, reports, documents and monitoring
To delete your account please email or telephone the office.
